Founder & Director
Dr. Mashford is a seasoned agricultural and climate change expert with over a decade of experience in research, consulting, and industry leadership. He holds a BSc Agricultural Science (Animal Science and Horticulture), Post Grad Diploma in Poverty, Land and Agrarian Studies (UWC), Masters in Sustainable Agriculture (UFS), Masters in Sustainable African Futures (The University of Edinburgh), and a PhD in Sustainable Agriculture majoring in Animal Science and Agriculture Economics (UFS).
With a strong foundation in both scientific research and practical implementation, Dr Mashford has led numerous projects across Southern and Western Africa focused on climate-smart agriculture, agri-enterprise development, and sustainability advisory. His work bridges the gap between cutting-edge academic insight and real-world solutions for farmers, agribusinesses, NGOs, and government institutions.

Co-Founder & Head of Marketing
Ennie Chirara is a budding Industrial Psychologist, skilled communicator, strategist, and mental health advocate with a strong passion for promoting mental health and enhancing organisational success through effective principles. She holds an MCom in Industrial Psychology and is pursuing her PhD. As the Co-Founder and Head of Marketing at Mash Ennie Consultancy, she contributes to building the company’s brand, fostering stakeholder connections, and transforming complex mental health and climate & agriculture solutions into clear, impactful messages.
